Rainbow Sponsor
New Orleans Pridefest Main Stage
The Rainbow Sponsorship gives exclusive sponsorship of the New Orleans Pridefest Main Stage, featuring hours and hours of entertainment, including our headliner.
In 2024, our main stage headliner, Big Freedia, entertained throngs of attendees who bounced through her Pridefest set. Our 2024 entertainment was our largest to date, with 15 acts performing on the main stage.
Entertainment and some select vendors are placed in our main stage area, The main stage is placed area of the festival takes the entire back Robért Fresh Market parking lot, and will include signage for your business as the main stage sponsor. Promotion of the entertainment will mention “The New Orleans Pridefest Main Stage, sponsored by [Your Business]” and will be included on marketing and signage before, during and after the event.
The Rainbow sponsorship would cover renting and assembling the stage, sound system rental and setup, and would help us pay our amazing entertainers whom we hope to book for our 2025 lineup.
In addition to the main stage, the Rainbow Sponsor will be featured on all 2025 signage, merchandise and sponsor mentions.
The Rainbow sponsorship also includes all Diamond Level benefits.

Reception Sponsor
New Orleans Pridefest Opening Reception
The Reception Sponsorship gives exclusive sponsorship of our Thursday evening New Orleans Pridefest Opening Reception, celebrating our sponsors, volunteers, and main stage entertainers.
We started the opening reception in 2024 to much success. Invited attendees enjoyed an open bar and catering from local queer vendors and enjoyed music by DJ Sammy Jo and entertainment by Countess C. Alice. Set against the backdrop of the New Orleans skyline painted by a perfect summer sunset, we knew this would be a great event of our programming calendar for years to come. Tickets are also sold to the general public to help cover costs.
The reception sponsorship would cover catering, the open bar, entertainment and cost of the venue, and would help offset prices to keep tickets affordable to the general public.
Promotion of the event will say “The New Orleans Pridefest Opening Reception, sponsored by [Your Business]” and will be included on all tickets, marketing and signage before, during and after the event.
In addition to the Reception Sponsorship, this package also includes all Gold Level benefits, and an extra 10 tickets to the Opening Reception (20 total).
